Oatmeal Cookie (with added cranberries)

Recipe ( adapted from  烘焙新手變達人的第一本書 pg 86)

cranberries 30g  ( can substituted with other types of dried fruits) 
oats 100g
almond slices 30g (I omitted) 
brown sugar 45g ( I reduced and used molasses sugar 30g) 
wholemeal flour 45g
desiccated coconut 45g
salt 1/8ts (I omitted) 
vegetable oil / olive oil 40ml
soy milk 40ml (I used low far milk)
I added 1/4tsp of cinnamon powder 

Combine all the dry ingredients accordingly. Mix well. Add in oil followed by milk. Shape into round balls ( dia 4cm) and press down (thickness 0.6-0.8cm). Place onto the baking tray. Bake in preheated oven at 150d for 20mins, and then 120d for 10mins.
