Wholemeal Buns

Bought a new bottle of mayo from Jmart on weekends. So decided to bake this wholemeal buns for our breakfast.

I dressed them up as roti john too. Another omelette sandwich with onions, tomato-chilli and beef.

Recipe (adapted from 原味)

high protein flour 260g ( I used all purpose flour) 
wholemeal flour 20g
rye flour 20g
instant yeast 1/2t
sugar 20g
salt 1/4t
olive oil 20g
cold water 190ml ( I used low fat milk) 

Combine all ingredients (except olive oil) and knead until dough is forme . Rub in the olive oil and continue to knead into an elastic and smooth dough. Proof for 1-2 hrs until the dough doubles in size. Shape into 6pcs, each weigh around 81g. Proof for an hour. Egg wash and bake in preheated oven at 170d for 18mins.
