The girl doesn’t know that I used sweet potato to make these donuts. Well…she almost finished half. Surprise!
sweet potato, mashed 80g
milk powder 20g
bread flour 200g
instant yeast 3g
milk mixed with egg 90g
Combine all ingredients and knead into an elastic and smooth dough.
Set aside to proof for 30min. (I left the dough in the fridge for 4 hours before gg out)
Shape accordingly and set aside to proof for 10mins.
Deep fry and coat with sugar
