Wholemeal loaf this week for Ian and myself.
It’a quick fix bread for us also.
bread flour 200g
wholemeal flour 50g
castor sugar 25g
instant yeast 3g
155ml cold water
15g butter, soften
Combine all ingredients except butter. Add butter until dough turns elastic and reach window pane stage. Set aside to proof for 1-2 hr.
Roll into balls and rest for 10mins. Roll the dough flat and roll it up and proof inside the pullman loaf tin, for 1hour or until 80% full.
Bake in preheated oven at 200d for 30mins.
