Raspberry Yakult Mousse Cake


I don’t know why I bought raspberry today. Raspberry is Zann’s fav. I decided to combine them with yakult to make mini mousse cake. Overall, taste abit sour though. But Zann finished it anyway. 

Used  2  3-inch cake ring

100g whipping cream
70g raspberry, blended into puree
40g yakult
4g gelatin
60g oreo cookies, crushed
30g unsalted melted butter

Combine both cookies and melted butter. Put them into the cake ring and set aside to chill.
Beat whipping cream. Fold in the raspberry puree and yakult. Mix well. Add in gelatine.
Set aside to chill for 2 hours or more until firm.
