Milk Bread 牛奶排包


Love these milk bread. Freshly baked this morning. Soft and good to eat on its own. 😀 

Counting down to another 24 days. 




bread flour (I used Jap Bread Flour) 250g 
instant yeast 3g
sugar 50g
salt 3/4 ts
egg 50g
milk 110g
butter 50g 

Combine all ingredients except butter. Knead the softened butter into the dough. Continue to knead until it reach window pane stage. Set aside to proof for 1-2hr until the dough increase twice the original size.  Remove and divide them each into 60g. Roll out and shape as desired. Set aside to proof. (I used oven dish). Brush with milk. Bake in preheated oven for 20mins at 180d.
