Yogurt Bread with added maple syrup

Baked the mini version loaf for breakfast today. 

 

bread flour 150g 
cake flour 50g 
instant yeast 2g 
salt 2.5g
maple syrup 24g 
egg 16g
plain yoghurt 130g 
unsalted butter 16g 

** I hand knead the bread dough and proof twice. Bake in preheated oven at 180d for 20mins.
