Baby’s fish chowder


Healthy and filling fish chowder for baby today.
Zann and myself had a serving each, which we added Otsumami rusk. Yummy.  

I used cod fish. marinated and steamed. Cut and debone fish into small pieces 
Wash, peel carrots and 5 potatoes and 2 small onions
Melt the butter in a sauce pot. Add the vegetable and sauté for 5mins. 
Pour in milk  (adjust accordingly to your preference) 
Bring to boil and simmer for 30mins until potato is tender. 
Stir in 1-2 tbsp plain flour to thicken. 
Add in the fish pieces. Continue to cook for another  5mins.
