Chocolate Wassants



Used the 24hrs fermented dough to make these chocolate wassants.  The same recipe which I baked the molasses sugar roll last week. I added chocolate paste into the dough this time to make them into chocolate wassants. My version is like normal buns with swirls. And the bread turned out soft and good.
