Don’t know what to bake for the kids so baked another simple pumpkin loaf with added chia seeds.
bread flour 100%
instant yeast 1.3%
milk powder 4%
pumpkin puree 30%
water 40% ( I replaced with milk)
chia seeds (optional) 20%
*the usual way to bake a bread. Proof twice and Shape. Bake in preheated oven at 180d for 30mins.
* to get the weight of each ingredient, take the Ingredient Percentage and multiply it by the Total Flour Weight
