Baked these blueberry macarons for Zann. The blue hue was not so obvious cos I added slight blueberry jam to the meringue. This time I decided to do the blueberry cream cheese, which I happened to see from the chart below.
I so in love with the colours. So colourful. I am not a fan of macarons but each time I made them, I feel a sense of accomplishment. Wanted to try those cartoon versions.. Zann asked for hello kitty macarons but I have no courage to…Umm must wait…lol
I like this link, which really teach a lot of troubleshooting on macarons. There are so much to learn about the different methods.
Just beatiful!!

I seem to have missed something. I cannot see quantities of ingredients required for these beautiful looking French Macarons. Three eggs are shown in warm water but I could not see how much Almond Meal nor amount of Sugar. Help please as I would really like to try. Shirley C.

Shirley, first go to the My first Attempt at macarons-Very Merrily fox. Then click on the first “this” highlighted in blue. This will bring you to a wilton website with a basic macaron recipe and you click on supply list to find the ingredients. You can substitute the vanilla extract for any other extract in order to create any of the macarons listed above.
