Cone Bread 紫薯面包卷


Made some cone bread for the kids. I filled some with purple sweet potato, some with butter and sugar. 


high protein flour 170g
low protein flour 30g
sugar 20g
egg 20g
milk 120g
unsalted butter 20g
salt 1/2tsp
active dry yeast 2.5g

Combine all ingredients except butter into a dough. Rub in the butter and knead until window pane stage. Proof for 1-2hours until the dough doubled its original size. Deflate and shape. Proof for 1 hr. Bake in preheated oven at 180d for 15mins.

Note: I mixed 100g of purple sweet potato with 25g of milk and piped into the cone bread.
