Brown rice beehoon (Soak until soft)
Carrot (grated/ cut smaller strips)
2 red chillies
1 onion (shredded)
(blend them together)
Heat up oil in a wok. Add in the blended shallots, garlic, belachan + chilli paste and sugar. Stir fry until fragrant. Add in prawns and crab sticks. Add in the noodles and beehoon, carrot .n chicken broth. Stir in chilli and fried onion or salt to taste. Remove and serve.
