Used BM to bake this sweet bread loaf at late night for today’s breakfast. Both of my kids love this bread. And it’s 3/4 gone as I typed this. I still prefer to hand knead my bread, but then I feel so so tired to do so today, so well….

I used 00 flour this time. Other than that, the rest of the ingredients remained the same.
