Recipe (adapted from 跟爱和自由一起做面包)
high protein flour 100% ( I used 350g)
instant yeast 1.2% (4g)
sugar 20% (70g)
salt 1.2% (4g)
milk powder 4% (14g)
egg 12% (42g)
water 52% (182g)
butter 10% (35g)
Usual way of bread making. Bake in preheated oven at 190C for 30mins.
