Soft Buns


No time to make fillings at this bake, so I made plain sweet soft buns for everyone. 



bread flour 180g
semolina flour 40g
milk powder 8g
salt 2.5ml
sugar 45g
egg 25g
active dry yeast 5ml
water 110g
butter 30g

Usual way of bread making. Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 25mins.

  1. Hi! I’m new to breadmaking.. just wondering if I can use this recipe in breadmaker? If I do not have semolina flour. . Can I replace it with some other flour? Thanks!

    cendrine: Hi Shi En, You can replace with cake flour or any other low protein flour u have. 🙂
