Osmanthus Jelly with Goji Berries (杞子桂花糕)

The ingredients I used to make osmanthus jelly.

Add 1250ml water into a sauce pot  and boil. Add osmanthus flowers into the warm water and stir for 3mins or so. (I added the whole pack). Add the jelly premix powder and stir, making sure it dissolve completely. Off hear. Pour into desired moulds and stir in goji berries. Chill in fridge.
