Beetroot bread with strawberry callebaut chocolate

One way to trick kids into eating beetroot is to infuse it into bread and filled the bread with their favourite chocolate. Both parent and child also happy. LOL… 

Zann said these bread looked like blood bread. I kept 3 for ourselves and gave the remaining to Mum and bro.

Ingredients for the recipe

bread flour 137g
beetroot powder 13g
strawberry milk 50g
water 50g
sugar 15g
unsalted butter 20g
instant dry yeast 3g
salt 2g

callebaut chocolate chips 30g

Add all the dry ingredients except butter and knead into a dough. Rub in butter and continue to knead till the dough becomes elastic and smooth. Set aside to proof for 60min or until the dough turns double. Divide the dough into 6 balls and roll out into oblong shape and put in the chocolate chips. Proof for another 45mins- 1hr and bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15-20mins.
