Japanese Cotton Cheesecake


I have wanted to bake this cheesecake during my pregnancy days last year. I was so attracted by it’s 3 ingredients only in the recipe, which I even copied it down in my little notebook. Finally, I baked it today with success!  I was so motivated to bake cheesecake again.



Zann came over and watched me unmould the cake. Surprisingly, she asked for a slice before I could chill it in the fridge. She never likes cheese taste until she tried this cake. She likes it and asked me to bake again. Sooo happy!



The girl had  two slices before she went to sleep. Ah. I think the cake will be gone by tomorrow.
